delete WhatsApp files, the first thing you have to do is go to the app and click on the 3 dots on the right and click on «Settings».
Once inside, enter where it says Data Use and Storage.
Now you will see that you have a new option called «Storage usage», click on it.
Once inside you will have all conversations monitored as well as groups with memory occupying each conversation. To free up space, click on one of them.
Once inside we can delete WhatsApp files based on categoryi.e. we can delete images, GIFs, videos and even messages. Once we have clarified which files we have selected, click on «Clear messages».
To complete the deleting WhatsApp files we will have to click on «Empty».
