What information does the activity log contain?
Facebook has a section of the activity log, where we can consult our recent activity within the social network, also this section contains tools to filter that activity by category, behavior, date, and a good variety of options if you want to consult something very specific. Also, only the account owner can see the personal activity log. Here we will talk about some of the main options of this panel.
Interactions
In this section you can review the likes you received, as well as the reactions and comments your friends have made to the publications you've made.
Your posts
Here you can find and access the complete log of all photos, videos and posts you've shared from your profile.
Connections
In this area you can see your friends list, even the pages you like, as well as the relationships you have set up in your profile, (partner, family and everything configured in your network of relationships).
Group activity
Here in this section you can see the most relevant publications of the groups and communities you belong to within Facebook.
Where can this register be accessed?
Depending on where you connect to Facebook, it will be how you can see your activity log, then we will show you the two main modes.
Web version
Log into your Facebook account with your email and password, once inside you have to go to the top right of Facebook and click on the icon that has a small arrow pointing down, now in the menu that appears select «Settings and privacy», and then you will see the option called »Activity log«.
From the app
If you want to access the activity log from the Facebook app installed on your mobile, the steps to follow are the following: log in to your account with your user email and password, then locate the menu with three horizontal lines at the top right of the app and press it, when you do that, you will be shown a menu where you have to look for the option that says "Settings", and you will see different sections where you have to locate the one called "Your Facebook information" within that section you will be able to see the log of activity, press it and there you will be able to manage all the aforementioned categories that this log offers.
Procedure for removing a "Like" and other interactions
Facebook allows you to manage all the reactions that you have shown in the publications of your Facebook contacts, for this you have some tools that the same platform offers.
The first thing you should do is log in to Facebook with your user data, then go to your personal profile and select the "Settings" option, then go to the "Privacy" section, enter the activity log and click on the button called «Filter», then choose the «Likes and reactions» option, save the changes you have configured in this filter and press accept.
When you apply this search filter, Facebook will show you all the publications that you have given a «like» or reacted with some emotion, you just have to find the publication you want to change your reaction to, then click on the three dots button to change your reaction or permanently delete it.
What happens if I remove a «Like» on Facebook?
If you liked someone's post and then you want to remove it, nothing bad will happen, Facebook will not block your account or anything like that, you have the right to express yourself freely within your profile, as long as you do not disrespect. to the freedom of others, the only thing that can happen is that the person who received the like receives a notification that you have reacted to one of their photos or publications, but does not find or does not see that like reflected in the post, which in case the person is online at that moment.
However, if you like it and remove it before that person connects to Facebook again, they won't even notice, they won't get any notification.
