Import bookmarks, passwords and other data from Google Chrome into Microsoft Edge
One of the great advantages of the revamped Microsoft Edge is the ease of sharing information, both between the different versions and with other browsers. For example, we've already seen how to sync Microsoft Edge for desktop with Microsoft Edge for Android.
Switching to using the Microsoft browser is, as they say, a quick and easy process that will only cost you a few seconds of your time. Also, during the setup following the installation, what the browser will propose is to directly import data from Google Chrome.

1º- Open Microsoft Edge on your computer e click the button with three dots in the upper right corner.
2º- In the options menu that appears, select Configuration.
3º- In the Profiles section of the Configuration menu, select the option Import browser data.
4th - You now have the freedom to choose which data you want to import into Microsoft Edge. can choose where you want to import it from (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or HTML file of bookmarks or bookmarks) and from which profile that information will come, if you have more than one on the chosen platform.
After selecting those fields, comes the key moment to decide what information do you want to import exactly: favorites or bookmarks, saved passwords, addresses and more, payment information, browsing history, configuration and / or open tabs. After checking the desired boxes, click the Import button to finish sending the data to Microsoft Edge.
Within seconds, the import of your favorites, passwords, addresses and other data will be completed and all this information will be available in Microsoft Edge. The bookmarks bar will now contain your Chrome bookmarks, your saved passwords will be filled in automatically, and your payment information will be ready to use in your new browser.
