Activate your Samsung mobile's battery stats with One UI 3.0

The trick to regaining access to this menu is simple. For some reason, the application that includes aspects of the system such as battery statistics contains a bug which caused the disappearance of these statistics with the change of the year from 2020 to 2021. In fact, some users have found that by changing the system date to one day before January 1, 2021, these statistics were again available.

But it is not necessary to change the date of the mobile to be able to see which applications are consuming your mobile's battery. Just follow these steps:



  1. Open your mobile's settings and go to the “Applications” section.
  2. Tap the icon next to “Your applications” and activate the “Show system applications” option.
  3. Find the app called “Samsung Device Health Manager Service” and tap on it.
  4. Once inside, go to the “Storage” section and tap “Delete data”.

That's all. Now, if you continue to use your mobile or connect it to the charger, the application will start collecting usage statistics and you will be able to check again which applications consume the most power from the system battery menu.
