    Apple updates Final Cut Pro X and iMovie

    Apple has updated Final Cut Pro X, iMovie, Motion and Compressor, correcting several problems that have appeared since the last update.

    Final Cut Pro fixes issues related to brightness, keyframes, transform tool, and more.

    - Resolves an issue where XAVC files from Sony PXW-FX9 camera were not recognized
    - Resolves an issue with brightness levels when switching from best quality to best performance in the viewfinder
    - Resolves an issue where effect keyframes were not added correctly when using the controls screen
    - Improved stability when using the transform tool with multiple clips on the timeline
    - Increased reliability when exporting FCPXML clips containing compound clips
    - Resolves an issue that may prevent sharing at certain resolutions
    - Resolves an issue in sharing a composite or multicam clip since the timeline was disabled




    The update for iMovie addresses an issue that prevents some projects from being shared with HD or 4K resolutions and improves stability when importing media.


    In Motion and Compressor there is a fix for the error that may cause Sony PXW-FX9 camera XAVC files not to be recognized.
