Audio-Technica has added Bluetooth connectivity to its popular AT-LP120XUSB. The new AT-LP120XBT-USB incorporates a number of useful features, including but not limited to a USB connection, phono cartridge or integrated phono preamp.
Available in black, the AT-LP120XBT-USB (RRP: £ 289 / € 329) is designed for best performance and maximum comfort. To listen to vinyl wirelessly, simply pair the turntable with compatible headphones, speakers or other Bluetooth devices. The new turntable supports the Qualcomm® Bluetooth aptX ™ codec for superior wireless audio quality. Also, the AT-LP120XBT-USB can be used with cables such as a standard turntable.
The Audio-Technica AT-LP120XBT-USB plays records at 33-1 / 3, 45 and 78 RPM. It features an AT-VM95E Dual Magnet ™ phono cartridge with an elliptical stylus for superior resolution, stereo imaging and tracking. The cartridge comes pre-mounted on a ½ ”AT-HS6 universal cartridge and is compatible with any replacement stylus from Audio-Technica's VM95 series. The turntable features an S-shaped tonearm with hydraulically cushioned lift, adjustable tracking force and non-slip dynamic control.
The AT-LP120XBT-USB comes standard with a switchable phono preamp, allowing use with stereos and powered speakers that do not have a dedicated phono input. Its USB output allows you to connect the turntable to a computer to convert vinyl records into digital audio files.
The turntable has additional pro-level features: direct drive enhanced DC servo motor, die cast aluminum platter with felt mat, strobe platter with speed indicator, quartz speed lock pitch control, damped base construction to reduce colouration bass external power adapter with frequency feedback to reduce electrical noise and removable light connector to facilitate signaling in low light conditions. The AT-LP120XBT-USB comes with detachable dust cover, detachable RCA output cable, USB cable, 45 RPM adapter and other accessories.
